Using the Compliance Calendar
A guide for using and navigating the compliance calendar in DISPulse
The Compliance Calendar serves as your single source oftruth for all compliance events. From the calendar, Users can see and manageupcoming security events, as well as create new events.
To use the Compliance Calendar, users need to first navigateto it. The compliance calendar can be found under the Compliance and Risk Tabin the navigation bar.
The calendar contains all events created in DISPulse, witheach event having a corresponding colour. To learn more about an event in thecalendar, select an event. This will open up the event card. Event cards containa description of the event, additional details about the due time, prioritystatus, the person assigned to this event, and a timeline of the event'schanges.
With the Event card open, users can also mark the eventcomplete, edit the event or delete the event. Note that all actions are trackedwithin Pulse, so even after an event is deleted, a record of that event issaved along with the deletion itself.
To mark a compliance event as finished, open thecorresponding calendar event and click the "Mark Complete" button.Once an event is marked as completed, it will be removed from the calendar, anda record of the completion will be kept.
To edit a compliance calendar event, open the event card forthe event you wish to change and click Edit.
From the Edit Calendar Event form make the changes you wishto see implemented for your selected calendar event and click save changes
