ENGAGEMENT.
1.0 SERVICE AGREEMENT
By accessing the Serious Defence network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Engagement. Our services are provided "as is" for the purpose of facilitating DISP compliance and defence industry readiness.
2.0 LIABILITY LIMITATION
While we engineer for precision, Serious Defence accepts no liability for operational failures resulting from misuse of our protocols or external regulatory changes beyond our control.
3.0 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All tactical assets, including the DISPulse platform, DISPeer architecture, and associated methodologies, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Serious Defence. Unauthorized replication is a breach of protocol.
